Dickies Trees supporting the community!
The team at Dickies Trees had the pleasure of assisting a small not for profit organisation – Nature Play WA. The organisation’s aim is to improve children’s health and well-being by increasing the amount of time children spend outdoors and being active.
Nature Play WA hosts an event called Play Out Day and part of the day includes building forts, using sticks and branches. The organisation was in desperate need of material and the team thought what better way to support the event than by offering sticks and branches from a local job.
Dickies Trees was commissioned by UWA to complete some work and so along came the organisers of Nature Play WA to select the most suitable material for their event, before it was to be mulched.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish Nature Play WA all the best for their Play Out Day event on the 19th of January.
